I will keep this short and sweet. I made this purchase to grind my hamburger meat and making sausage as well. don't grind bones with this, but I can't say enough about this machine. If you need a quality meat grinder that look no. My wife and I on the ground 15 pounds of meat in about 5 minutes! Comes with all attachments you need and the service after the purchase is anything less than fantastic. This grinder is resistant to all intents. AMAZING!!!

I purchased a LEM. 35 hp grinder and spent over 3 hours of grinding 225 pounds of beef. It stopped and had to be cleaned several times during the process of. He said he would grind up to 4 pounds a minute, I thought it was closer to 1 pound per minute. I purchased the Weston 1 hp grinder uncrowded and 350 pounds of ground beef in about two hours. never stopped (except once when my friend kept forcing meat in it) and produced a large grind with 4.5 mm grinding dimensions

This is a beast of a grinder! Has so much power that still is not over stretching when I run 20 pounds of pork butt or 15 pounds of beef chuck through it, let alone get a workout. the entire unit is beautiful, strong and sanitary stainless steel. It feels overbuilt anyway. I can't imagine anything breaking on it. This is a heavy units, but not so heavy that it cannot be moved. keep in mind, however, that I am a 28-year-old boy 200 lbs. I was using the plate great my grinder Styx to stuff my enclosures, while it worked, it was slow and there was a lot of smearing of meat being stuffed. With my new kidney shaped dish, I'm not using the knife and the speed is increased and there is less smudging. I still hope to buy a stuffer dedicated, if ever you get back in stock. Grizzy
