A yesterday. I search for information on the #12 size Kidney shaped Sausage Stuffing plate for Hobart, LEM, Cabelas,, so i have to tell.
I was using the plate great my grinder Styx to stuff my enclosures, while it worked, it was slow and there was a lot of smearing of meat being stuffed. With my new kidney shaped dish, I'm not using the knife and the speed is increased and there is less smudging. I still hope to buy a stuffer dedicated, if ever you get back in stock. Grizzy
