The few days ago. I search for information on the #5 SET (3) plates and (1) knife for Chefs Choice meat grinder food chopper, so i have to tell.

These worked great with my Chef's Choice grinder (food processor accessory Kitchen Aid). the plates and cutter seem to be of the highest quality-and the cutter is very smooth (very strong). I love the fact that these are stainless and therefore dishwasher safe. I'm probably over-the-top when it comes to food safety and handling raw meat. so I love to use my 165 degrees F sanitation setting on my dishwasher for cleaning these-works great! To me, this is
